Will the adapter/app team still read my DTCs if i can't start my engine ? (i do have energy, but i don't know where the problem is)

DTC stored in car's ECU as well as other available parameters could be read if ECU is full-powered, that is Key ON (or II) position. Thanks!

I want to purchase in-app but I'm not still familiar with using the app,I need help with using the app, the first time it worked well but now it connects itself and it doesn't show any parameters. thank you.

Please use
(for iPhone)    left-side menu - Feedback
(for Android) right-side menu - Info - Contact us
to prepare letter with connection protocol

than send this letter with your detailed command about the case
