Fuel consumption missing

Have been using Pro version for several months, recording lots of data on two vehicles. Moved the OBD dongle to a third vehicle and tried recording data. There were two issues on the new vehicle:

Parameter 0#06 (Consumption) was no longer being collected. I checked in the configuration and it is not even available as a selection. Strange... this is on the same make and model of vehicle as one of the previous vehicles, only two years newer (Ford Fiesta 2015 vs Ford Fiesta 2013). Is this something the manufacturer has done to suppress a certain OBD parameter, or is there something I need to check in the configuration? I am developing an app that relies on fuel consumption information, and 0#06 was crucial to calculating the amount of fuel consumed.

The "combined parameters moving graph" display does not work on the 2015 car, while it works on the other two vehicles. The graph's "drawing surface" is displayed, but the data never appear. The vertical scales are incorrect - always show a maximum value of zero. The data are displayed correctly on the single-line display at the top of the graph, and they are partially recorded in the log file (gps, 0104, and 010C recorded successfully but 0#01 are all recorded as zero). What would cause the graph to not display properly while the data are being recorded correctly?

Thanks

The parameters with '#' a not real one taken from the car, but rater virtual parameters calculated from some others like 01xx parameters. In your case looks like system lack some real parameters for consumption calculations. To check the issue it would be nice to get the connection logs from both 2013 and 2015 models. Please connect to the car switch to General Info and send us the log with button at bottom of the screen. add comments on model-year and extras on what is missing. Please do for both. Thanks! Logged parameters would be also helpful, longclick on file in Logbook "send by mail" add comments and send to "pnnifo@pnn.com.ua" . Thanks!

I sent one connection log file. Tried to send two trip log files to pnnifo@pnn.com.ua, but the message bounced back to me with a rejected address message. Please confirm the email address.
